AN-94
5.45×39 · Hyperburst rifle · In-house at TTM
The TTM AN-94 is a complex assault-rifle architecture rebuilt under our manufacturing standards. Known for its two-round hyperburst and shifting barrel/receiver group, the platform demands unusually tight machining and assembly discipline - which is why we keep the entire build in-house.
Every critical interface is inspected against TTM tolerances. Internal cutaways document the blowback shifted-pulse (BBSP) cycle - two rounds leave the muzzle before the recoiling firing unit fully transfers impulse to the shooter.

Manufacturing
The AN-94's recoiling barrel/firing unit and dual-cycle feed timing leave little margin for stack-up error. TTM machines and fits those assemblies on our floor, with dimensional checks at each stage before functional validation.
No critical AN-94 assemblies are outsourced - the complexity that enables hyperburst hit probability is exactly why we keep the platform under one roof.
